Where do you live?
I live in Los Angeles, CA, yet travel internationally often!
What’s your favorite morning beverage?
Coffee and water with hydration powder.
Where do you shop most?
I really love hunting for deals at TJ Maxx, and Marshalls. They have great stuff from home decor to kids clothes to gifts! Alternately, Hermes, Ferragamo and Bvlgari.
How would you describe your style?
Evolving. I do like distinct looks and want to dress to match the event, my mood or the setting.
What five things are currently in your cart?
Coffee table book by Assouline, sculpture-esque book ends, travertine vase, combat boots, and a studded belt.
What does a typical day look like for you?
Everyday is truly different. Most often, I drop my kids off at school in the morning. Then, I visit the jobsites for my ongoing clients, check on the projects’ renovations and how they’re progressing, meet with vendors to source products, hit the boxing gym, do several video meetings in my car and then pick up my kids in the afternoon.
How do you approach your daily style?
It’s usually a combo of gym looks or casual contemporary approach to style. When on dirty reno sites, there’s a certain amount of grim involved. So, I like to be chic in a #Y2K way, yet understated when it comes to my looks. Mixing in vintage pieces keeps it interesting!
How did you get into interior design?
It’s always been something that I’ve loved. After my husband and I sold our second home in Palm Springs for three times the original value. I knew there was something more to this and decided to make it a career. Additionally, continuously collecting vintage pieces from when I was young made me know that I’ve always loved design. So, transferring this collecting mentality into design felt like a natural transition for me.

How has working as an interior designer translated into fashion?
There’s tremendous crossover between the two industries. I was a model for years and there’s a similar way collections, colors and textural elements are developed. I constantly see how one reflects the other. It’s the dissection of color, pattern and form whether in a room or on the body. They both provide restrictive elements to design against.
How do you navigate being a working mother with a busy schedule?
It’s about segmenting – meaning some days there is no balance and it’s lopsided with just work or more kid time. I try to embrace the challenges and allow for the schedule to be fluid.
Any tips on how to stay fashionable while doing it all?
Don’t take it too seriously. I tend to like to be more timeless in my approach, rather than trend heavy. Great basics like a solid wide leg jean, white T, black platform loafer or sneaker with jewelry is a solid go-to look!
What are you favorite beauty products? If we were in your bathroom right now, what would be on your counter?
Everything from Biologique Recherche! I love their serum and I apply it by patting and lifting! I’m not product shy and use enough to feel as though my entire face is saturated. Their product line has beautiful packaging which is another reason I’m drawn to this brand! It feels luxurious to use; both in your hands and when applied.
